So, we’ve been pretty quiet in February...That’s because we had some pretty big life changes. First of all, our own Kevin Patel and his wife welcomed a baby girl into the world! Congrats!

On a much less happy note, I was unfortunately laid off from my company.

Needless to say, pretty big life changes this month have forced us to pivot our energy temporarily. But that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped; we continue to do outreach, build relationships, and keep an eye out for deals.

Not much more to report this month besides: hang in there with us while we stabilize our lives a bit and get back on the wagon to bring the deals to our investors.
